RETURN POLICY 

Once order processing is completed and products are received, your items are considered non-refundable. All products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition.

However, if your order contains a damaged or defective item, you may return the product (shipping charges borne by the customer) and we will make all possible efforts to replace it or else will reimburse you. REFUND POLICY

The refund process can take up to 14 days once we receive your return. The amount will automatically be refunded to the method of payment. The duration of the refund process is also dependent upon the respective payment provider.

PayPal:

• The refund will be directed onto the used PayPal account, and depending on your settings may have already been transferred to your connected payment method.
   
• Should you be able to see the receipt of the refund but cannot access the balance, we would ask you to please contact PayPal directly.

Credit Card:

• Depending on the credit card, the refund may not appear until your next billing statement.
