Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Cancellation Notice: To cancel your booking, we require at least 3 days' notice before the scheduled class. Late Cancellation: Sessions canceled with less than 3 days' notice may be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed. Teacher Cancellations: If a session is canceled by the teacher, it will be rescheduled promptly, and you will be informed as soon as possible. No-Shows: Failure to attend a session without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited. - Cleaning Procedure: Please remember to clean up your workspace 10–15 minutes before the end of your session. This ensures we leave the studio tidy for the next group.
