Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please read our policy carefully before booking. - Booking Deposit: Depending on the size of your group, a 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking. If applicable, the deposit will be requested after your booking is confirmed. - Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled class. - Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled class, subject to availability. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited, unless otherwise agreed. Late Rescheduling Requests: Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the class cannot be accommodated. - Teacher Cancellations: If a class is cancelled by the instructor, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new class date or an alternative solution. - No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited. Cleaning Procedure Please allow 10–15 minutes before the end of your class to clean your workspace. This helps us keep the studio tidy and ready for the next group. We appreciate your cooperation.
