SHIPPING POLICY
CYPRUS
For Cyprus, there are two delivery options to choose from as follows:

FREE delivery within Cyprus on all orders above €90. Free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
All orders within Cyprus are shipped by ACS COURIER on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Courier Pick-Up orders, your products will be available for pick up at the nearest ACS COURIER office to the shipping address provided during checkout the next business day if order is placed before 2:00 PM. In busy seasons, such as Christmas, delivery times may increase. If you have a preference of a specific ACS COURIER office, please leave a note during checkout.

For orders to be shipped in Europe, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Orders are shipped by Cyprus Post Registered Service and a tracking number is made available and shared with you via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once order processing is completed and products are received, your items are considered non-refundable. All products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition.
However, if your order contains a damaged or defective item, you may return the product (shipping charges borne by the customer) and we will make all possible efforts to replace it or else will reimburse you. Should your order be missing an item, please email us at joceramicart@gmail.com
